Abstract

This article explores the critical role of education in fostering international cooperation, promoting intercultural dialogue, and supporting global peace. The twenty-first century presents humanity with political, social, and environmental challenges that make collaboration between nations essential. In this context, education serves as a vital tool for nurturing peace, tolerance, and mutual respect in the minds of individuals. The paper examines the social significance of international education programs, cross-border learning initiatives, and academic partnerships in higher education through practical examples. Drawing on the research of Kenneth King, Dong-Joon Jo, Lopes, and colleagues, the study demonstrates how education contributes to soft diplomacy and sustainable development. The findings highlight the relevance of education in strengthening intercultural understanding and global collaboration.
