COMPARISON BETWEEN SEGREGATED-SKILL AND INTEGRATED SKILL TEACHING MODELS

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and methodological features of segregated-skill and integrated-skill teaching models in English language education. It compares the roles, advantages, and limitations of both approaches in the language learning process. The study highlights the importance of segregated-skill instruction in traditional education and the role of integrated-skill instruction in developing communicative competence. The findings suggest that a balanced combination of both approaches ensures more effective language learning in modern educational contexts.
