Abstract

Blended learning integrates online digital media with traditional classroom methods. This paper investigates successful international models, compares outcomes across countries, and identifies competencies necessary for educators in this environment. The research uses comparative case study and quantitative analysis methods. Findings show that infrastructure, teacher training, and pedagogical flexibility are key drivers of success. Based on evidence from countries like Finland, the USA, and Singapore, the study proposes a competency framework adaptable to Uzbekistan’s education system.
