Ushbu ilmiy maqolada dorivor o‘simliklarning rizosfera va endofitik to‘qimalaridan probiotik xususiyatga ega mikroorganizmlarni ajratib olish, ularning morfologik, biokimyoviy va fiziologik belgilar asosida batafsil tavsiflash hamda Bacillus endophyticus shtammiga xos o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarni chuqur tahlil qilish maqsad qilingan. Tadqiqotda o‘simlik namunalarini steril sharoitda yig‘ish, yuzaki sterilizatsiya qilish, to‘qimalarni homogenizatsiya qilish va selektiv o‘stirish muhitlarida bakteriyalarni ajratish bo‘yicha mikrobiologiyaning zamonaviy standart protokollaridan foydalanildi.
