Abstract

Mazkur maqolada uzoq muddat xorijda bo‘lib, vataniga qaytgan shaxslarning (reemigrantlarning) qadriyatlar tizimidagi transformatsion jarayonlar tadqiq etiladi. Muallif reemigrantlarning xorijiy madaniy muhit ta’sirida o‘zgargan qadriyatlari ularning milliy jamiyatga qayta ijtimoiylashuviga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ijtimoiy-psixologik jihatdan tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda reemigrantlar duch keladigan "teskari madaniy shok" va begonalashuv inqirozi kabi omillarning kognitiv-qadriyatli asoslari yoritilgan. Olingan natijalar asosida reemigrantlarning qadriyatlar tizimidagi o‘zgarishlarni ijtimoiy muhitga moslashtirish va ularni psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
