This course paper examines the role of socio-cultural theory and integrated classroom interaction in modern education. The study explores the theoretical foundations of social interaction as a key factor in language learning and learner development, with particular attention to Vygotsky’s socio-cultural theory, the Zone of Proximal Development, scaffolding, communication, collaboration, and meaning construction. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the significance of cooperative learning activities in creating interactive learning environments and enhancing learners’ communicative, cognitive, and social skills. The research highlights how integrated classroom interaction promotes active participation, collaborative knowledge construction, learner autonomy, and effective language acquisition. The findings demonstrate that communication and cooperation are essential components of contemporary learner-centered education.
