THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND POETIC REPRESENTATION OF FEMALE CHARACTERS IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LITERATURE: A COMPARATIVE STUDY

English and Uzbek literature are compared for their complex representation of female characters and their female portrayal in literature through this article. The representation of women in literature in terms of their psychological complexity and poetics has been compared between classical literature and modern literature to reach a conclusion. Findings show that in both English and Uzbek literatures, women are depicted as symbolizing psychological complexity and poetics despite various cultural influences in literature.
